  Friendship Church "Dr. Kenneth Curry” is a decent pastor however he lacks knowledge of Spiritual Warfare and often miss interpret scriptures within his preaching to the church. Within his preaching he likes to be animated to give his audience the impression that he is biblical knowledgeable. The prayer groups at friendship church such as the President and underneath, as we have spoken to these prayers groups, they lack biblical knowledge, and they are feared based prayer groups, who lack faith in god, the holy spirit, and they are a fear based, concerning Satan’s Kingdom, leaving the people in demonic bondages. Friendship Church is focuses mainly on their youth groups, and creating everlasting friendships amongst each other, they are very gossipy and click’est within the church, unless you have been there for a number a year, you are not embraced. The administrative offices are very disorganized; they do not return calls in an orderly fashion. Many older African American women, who are members of the friendship church are dressed unclean with miniskirts, 6” heels, without proper undergarments, and not encouraged by the deaconess concerning their dress wears. Friendship church offers a class concerning generational curses, however the educators of the class often speaks about personal matters, and have no real knowledge concerning how to break generational curses, or education concerning deliverance or spiritual warfare.

  What I like best about FBC is its teaching ministry. If you don't grow in the knowledge of the Lord, it is your own fault. They have bible studies just about every night of the week, and some days. Sunday school classes are available for all ages. They have over 50 ministries, from music to prison and other outreach methods. They are blessed with an unusually large percentage of active men. They focus on enriching the lives of their members as well as the community at large. They are also known for their music ministry, although the volume during worship services is almost always uncomfortably loud.
